Tori and I met KG who is one of our ambassadors at the Jacques Initiative and along with fellow researchers Assim, Blessing & their ambassadors walked towards the Barnes & Noble Power Plant. The festivities were still ongoing as we made our through the crowds. I’ve posted the pictures that I took below in sequential order:

Today my group decided to head towards downtown Baltimore and shoot some B-roll footage. I’m not sure what the hordes of people navigating the various causeways of downtown that we traversed through thought we were doing but nobody seemed to mind. Eventually we arrived in the Inner Harbor which was packed with people enjoying the Flag Day celebrations with the dedication of the Federal Hill Park’s Flag Staff Plaza being the centerpiece of the event. Posted below are the photos I took during our walk sorted into groupings determined by where I was when I took each photo and my direction of travel.

The Inner Harbor was certainly hopping today for the Flag Day celebration. I don’t know if this will be an annual event but in light of today’s success it certainly seems possible that the city of Baltimore might repeat this affiar in the future.
